MY PHOTOGRAPHY JOURNEY
Hi, I'm Mari! I was born and raised in New York City. I love New York pizza, Nathan's hotdogs, Barnes & Noble stops, sipping coffee at cozy cafe spots, and gazing at the golden sunsets on the Manhattan skyline.
I began my photography journey during my early college years, where I
found myself documenting my day-to-day activities and memorable moments through photography. Eventually, I saved enough money to purchase my first professional camera and took photography courses.
My interest in photography began to transition more specifically towards personal and family portraits. Being a part of someone's special moments behind the lens felt rewarding in itself.
Capturing and bringing these memories to life through photography was where the idea of creating my own photography blossomed, and that is how Capturedbymari came to be!
